i posted a thread in the past 12 hrs that got locked
not really sure why as no rules were broken. i have seen MANY modified rolexes on this forums. pics of modified rolexes are not against the rules. IF anyone can explain to me...please do.... anyways....it appears that rolex forgot one thing.....the ss daytona can be fitted with a ceramic bezel!!!!!! just saying..... nothappeningbye.toobad Last edited by mailman; 10 April 2016 at 09:06 PM.. |

Well aside from reposting a locked thread
I have nothing to fear, I have my Daytona and I am happy with what I own.

the rolex is 100% authentic sold by the largest grey dealer in Toronto Canada not a fake. not my fault that rolex failed to think out the possibility that a ceramic bezel could be fitted onto an existing 116520 truth be told whether you purchased this one or a bnib black dial ceramic from basel....when on the wrist, no one would know. i thought it would make for interesting conversation IN FACT....it makes me wonder if one managed to source an authentic ceramic bezel from rolex as well that it could be easily retrofitted onto the existing 116520 |

That's a fake bezel that's why?
Compare the markings against a pic of the genuine item! |

I own a highly modified 114060 but I draw the line between modified and fake when you use aftermarket parts to imitate something it's not! |

Many watches on this site modified with aftermarket bezels #bamford Points being. No rules broken and establishing of the fact that a ceramic bezel can be installed on a 116520 daytona. |

For that price, one just might wait for the real deal and buy it off TRF

Clearly if one can source an authentic black ceramic bezel it will beable to be retrofitted on existing 116520 |
