Excellent AD Service
A few months ago I checked my Patek Box and found the velvet bag I left inside had stained the cream interior. So, I called my AD and asked if he could send me a replacement even though I have had the watch for well over a year. He was good enough to order one and send it to me for free. I also received a lovely wallet in the process. Really impressive service.

Class move. Perhaps name them? Seems only fair we shout for names when the service is bad. Great watch most importantly.

Good AD's never get recognition here. We all know the bad ones. PP boxes are amazing and thats awesome they replaced yours. I only wish they would design the boxes to actually be used for other things post purchase, as its a shame they never actually get used.

Excellent AD Service
Good service is not only a reflection of the AD, but also of the client. I'm sure you're dealings with them were smooth as you're a conscientious person and customer. Kudos to them and also to you, Neil.

As it should be when you spend that kind of money. I agree with Bryant Park...you should name them Neil.

Wow fantastic AD service! You did spend some serious loot on that timepiece, to give you a $300 box replacement is a drop in the bucket for the AD.

It is very nice quality, and a lovely mahogany/burgundy colour, quite aristocratic. |

Does anyone with the Patek Bi Fold wallet actually use their wallet?
