44 Ti with Navy Blue Rubber Strap
Would it work out well?
Does anyone have them to try? I'm thinking my Ti needs some contrast, but not a black strap. Cheers. |

I personally don't think it would be good but I really like my platinum 44 on white rubber but not everyone likes the look. If I had the ti then I would definitely put the white rubber on it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Well I’m personally not a white person, in a manner of speaking. Prefer darker straps.
Just photoshopped it. I think it’d look okayish. Grey and blue go well together usually. |

After the AP GTG last weekend I’ve came to the conclusion I should right off combinations until I see them in person.
Case in point I didn’t think Ash’s Plat44 would look as good on the white rubber as it does on the blue leather, well I stand correct I actually think I prefer it on the white! OP I’m not sure about the blue in this instance if I’m honest. I’ve got the grey GP strap for my Ti as I found the red on the sides was too much, however when talking with everyone about a custom GP strap I think a grey GP with red stitching would tie in nicely with the little bit of red on the dial. |

I would get the red GP strap or a AP gator with custom red or grey stitching. I think a strap needs some colour cue from the dial for cohesion.

An authentic leather AP strap priced less than a 3rd party Rolex rubber strap from Everest or Rubber B is odd.

So to update everyone; I’ve just ordered the xs blue strap for the Ti; xs black rubber strap for the incoming 44 ce, and the orange strap for the ce diver.

I'm not a big fan of the grey rubber. That blue makes the Ti look very good!

Personally I think the grey rubber is the perfect look for this watch and matches perfectly.

I agree. If I had the Ti there's no way I'd take off that grey strap. I may stand corrected but I just don't really see how the blue would work with the grey dial.

Quick wrist shot.
While the grey looks good, the watch is just too grey. It could use some contrast. |

Looks much better on the blue, OP.
However, the black would look even better |

Honestly IMHO it looks much better on the grey. Don't like the look on black or blue nearly as much. It doesn't look awful it just doesn't look quite right to me. To each his own and lots of straps for different tastes! I think the grey is the perfect color though for this watch.
