CK on a racing bracelet
I’ve owned the Pulsometer for 2 weeks now but have yet to wear it as I really don’t like the strap. I’m seriously contemplating the racing bracelet however having went for the vintage look with the blue CK I was put off with the gap between the end links and watch case. All of the pictures I see on the forums and internet show a tight case fit however so did the last one and it was only before I spent the money I realised that wasn’t the case. Before I shell out on a racing bracelet would anyone care to share some pics with particular close ups of the bracelet and watch head connection. Likewise any thoughts on certain springbars or other tips would be helpful

Which Racing model do you refer to? The only bracelet I have seen used with your watch's case is bracelet reference 1171/1. The classic proportions and vintage vibe work well with your watch, I think.
I haven't tried fitting an 1171/1 before, but I hear from those who have that the 633 end-links normally need to be trimmed with a grinding wheel in order to fit properly between the lugs. Doesn't sound like something I would be good at doing myself, so if I were contemplating this then I probably would look for a really capable independent to do it for me (LAWW?). Omega has not offered a watch using the 39.7mm case with a bracelet yet, so options are limited. |

There is a modern bracelet for the ck. Fred has it I believe and I used to when I had the blue ck.

I’ll stay with the OEM racing strap. There’s a reason why it was fitted with such strap.

1565/976 is the bracelet, lots of pics online but always face on and the gap if any isn’t clear. Most posts on the same spiral into a preference for nato, leather or the older stills bracelelt with reasons why they are best but I’m looking specifically for info on that particular bracelet

Is there a gap where the end links meet the case? What about between lungs? Was there a mod required to the end links? Wheat about spring bars? Do you have the full part number?
Hard to see with a face in picture. Jockes version clearly shows a gap at a certain angle |

1565/976 fits pretty well without any mods. I bought one for my FOIS but decided to go with the 1125 instead
