Just gave blood today

Haven’t been for a little while, but nice to give something back which can help others. Will be sure to go regularly once again now.

Good for you! I donate once per quarter when the blood mobile comes to my work for donations.

I donate at least once a year if not twice.

Working in a hospital allows me to drop in and out quickly so no excuse for me not to.

Great stuff everyone !! And the needle isn’t soooo big. It hurts more taking the plaster off afterwards

For the most part I hate needles as well but I simply grit and bare with the pain since I know the blood will be put to good use.

If anything the pain makes it even more worth while
