Not many Breitling fans here?

Seems like Breitling isn't very popular on this forum. I visit other places and it gets more attention. I know this is a Rolex forum but just the same I wear more than just Rolex.
Unfortunately my Colt is getting serviced and my new Chronomat should be here this week so no pictures for the moment.

I like Breitling how about you?

I'm a huge fan of breitling, and if I could have one watch it'd be the navitimer 01 LE on my wrist!!

Which chronomat are you getting?

My wife is getting a Colt for her 50th in a few weeks. I've had an Aerospace for a few years and just bought an Avenger Blackbird.

Sent from my iPhone using the POS App Tapatalk (<-- they've really gone downhill dropping support for the 'paid' Pro version)

I look forward to your incoming thread. :-)

I like Breathing, always have. When I was younger I found them too big. Now that I'm older, I find most of them too big. LOL Which means I have adapted to a larger dial as I aged. My brother enjoys his Colt auto II I bought him. :-)

Like Vintage one. New ones are too bling for me.

Would like a nice Cosmonaute from mid 60's

It's the one I have listed in my signature. Its really kinda a grail. I've wanted it for two years and just waited to get it.
It's stainless, GMT, blue dial with silver sub dials, blue croc band with deployent clasp. It's been on order now 8 weeks and is supposed to be here this week.. but its presently lost in UPS land. so when it gets found and arrives at the dealer the flood of incomming photos will be posted

Yea, I saw that and I was like...yep breathing keeps me alive, I love it too.

Autocorrect is the bane of my existence. Now days I proof read everything.

Thank you and congrats on your incoming. While it may be a pain to wait on delivery, it's the "distance makes the heart grow fonder" thing that will build your anticipation and make it feel that much more special.

My wife's Colt is here and I showed it to her after I did the receipt inspection, but all the plastic is still on and it's back in the box waiting for her 50th birthday in mid-November.

I'm a Breitling fan. I think that they might have gone out of fashion a bit. I'm liking the new "Old Skool" Colts at the moment.

You get the 47mm or 44mm GMT?

I can't believe it's lost. I'd be pulling my hair out!! You'll have to take even more pics to make up for the lost time!

I am a huge Breitling fan, although at the moment I do not currently own one. I have a black dial B1 on the short list.

I'm a big fan! Something about Breitling I just like. Also fond of Rolex, of course, Omega, Panerai, etc. Variety is the spice of life!

My first really nice watch was a Breitling. I will always have a soft spot for the brand. Great looking GMT!

I would add that I think some of the styling changes over the past 5 years have hurt Breitling. Also, despite the increased appeal of an in-house movement, I suspect a lot of fans got a little bit of sticker shock.

I owned 4 at various times, kept a blue dialed chrono forever and finally sold it early this year. At this point in my life I don't need sub dials and prefer thinner and smaller watches, but I'll be back someday, I always have....

I have the same models, just in different color variants. Unfortunately, they have taken a big hit in wrist time. Since moving to Rolex, I prefer the smaller size over these chunkies. To throw these on, I have to be in a special mood.

Note to self: This one doesn't play nice with others. Needs lessons on the Golden Rule.

I love breitling... I just struggle with some of their overly large and fully polished pieces. The SOSF and Abyss are amazing
