Some DateJust History Questions

I have done some searching but not found the following so I hope someone here can help.

1. When was the first engine-turned bezel on the DateJust?

2. When was the first smooth/domed bezel on the DateJust?

3. What years has the roulette date wheel been available in past and modern times?

1. The first engine turned bezel on DateJust was model 1603. 1959/1960 - 1977

2. The first smooth bezel was model 1600. 1959-1977

3. The roulette wheel was on Rolex watches starting in 1955. It appeared on Turn-O-Graph and Submariner.
