What seat do you choose when flying?

When you are flying what seat do you book yourself on?

Seat A,B on the left side or H,J on the right side of the plane. (dependning on plaetype)
On the left side Seat A,B people can not see your Rolex if you wear it on your left wrist.
If you sit on H,J you can show your Rolex when you take the drink from the flight attendants tray. and people beside you can admire your Rolex.
So where do you sit?

My knees and 6'4" frame require an aisle. And I don't care who sees my Rolex as long as I can see it.

First class. Up there everyone checks out your watch and many times there are plenty of Rolex's to view. I prefer aisle.

Aisle seat. Doesn't really matter whether it's left or right. I wear my watch (regardless of brand) to suit myself, not to show others or to be admired.

Isle seat and just behind the wing. This is a much safer area in case of hi-jacking. Now a days its up to you to subdue the idiot who wants to bring the plane down. A good place to get up and kick some A _ _ !

First of all I do not wear a Rolex when I fly
usually a cheap Casio will provide timing
Seating (when possible) I prefer row #1 either side
..ain't I quarky in my old age..

I usually ask to sit with the pilot and fly the plane.....how hard can it be??

It depends, if we are flying East to West, then I want to pick a seat that will most likely pick up the sunlight and reflect it off my Bezel. If we are going the other direction on an overnight trip, then I will simply sit anywhere but request the overhead light be cleaned so that it is extra crisp when I use it as a spotlight for my Rolex.
On a North / South Trip, I usually purchase two tickets - one on either side of the plane just so it is visible to all.

Of course, it would be crazy to wear more than one Rolex on the plane so I have business card sized photos of the other Rolexes that I provide complimentary to those in First Class and for $3 each to those in coach.

Best post I've read in a while. Congrats.

As for me, I'm 5'4", and like to tuck myself away in a window. I never have to use the bathroom on a plane, and don't want to make anyone walk over me. I try to sit in the very front of coach to get the bulkhead seat, and try to sit on the left side of the plane when flying back into O'Hare for the times when they swing over the lake and come into the airport from east to west, so i can see the city skyline. I also enjoy walking through first class when coming onto the plane and seeing if there are some Rolex's on board. Not that just first class can afford one, but lets me honest, that's where they will usually be. Unfortunately, on most of these trips its the business guys that bought a DateJust for status, not for Rolex enjoyment.

LOL. This is a joke. Honestly, no one seriously picks a seat so that they show off their Rolex. No one can possibly be that shallow, can they? Surely. Good April fool's joke, tho!

Anyway, the little porthole spot for me. At least you can see some sky through it. Who likes flying in sealed up airplanes anyway? If you can't feel wind and smell avgas, what fun is there?

well if I look at the thread "show me pics of you and your Rolex" I think this is the most valuable possesion some people own.

Some of the posts/people's attitudes on here are exactly why wearing a Rolex just get's more and more self-defeating and more and more often seen as a negative thing these days.

I sit by the window if we're gonna be flying over any land and there might be some nice mountains or other things to try and see and in the aisle if just or mainly over boring ocean.
