No Date Sub Distribution

I recently watched a video where Tim Mosso mentioned that he sees about 1 no-date for every 5-6 hulks (I believe that was the ratio, correct me if I'm wrong). Is it common knowledge that the no-date has a smaller production run than the date subs?

Yes, the Submariner Date is more popular with the general public therefore sold more frequently than the Submariner. Rolex are the only ones who know the exact data for what you are asking. They don’t tend to share that data with the public.

I think it's interesting that Rolex didn't put out the Kermit in a no-date model since it was a sub commemorating the 50th. Likewise with the follow-up Hulk. Seems like you would want an homage to the original no-date.

My AD told me Sub, Explorer, And OP are relatively easy to get. Sub date on the other hand, not so much.

Of course they will make more Hulks than Subs with no date. People want them more and want to pay huge amounts of money for them. They have to meet the market.

As Tim says, a no date Hulk would break the Internet. Never a truer word.
