Maybe Rafael Quintero, by the time El Chapo took over weed was dead and cocaine was the new cash cow.

It was Wanna Buy a Watch on Melrose in LA that actually made a small batch of those, I was in the store over the weekend and saw it. They did a really good job with the dial print IMO

100% correct although the Airking had a few official Rolex approved loco dials.
But back in the very early days of the RWC what we know as Rolex today only about 1 in 5 had the name Rolex on the Dial, the rest were blank dials when they left the factory so the various retailers could put there own name on dial. But after the arrival of the oyster case 1926-7 most of the oyster cased ones did have the name Rolex on the dial, but after this still a few companies were still allowed to put there names on the dial. Like Goldsmiths,Asprey, various middle east sultans, even Domino Pizza and Coco Cola plus there were others.Later retailers like Bucherer Cartier, plus a few more,Tiffany were the final store retailers name to ever to be seen on a Rolex dial, and now any genuine Tiffany,Cartier named Rolex bring very high prices indeed.

Thanks for the extra detail! I’ve seen and passed on both the Dominos and the Middle East branded logo watches in the past.

I’m sure they’re very rare and collectible, but definitely not something I’d wear.

Agree not to everyone's taste but on forum a lot of talk about rare watches like say the 16610LV flat four as being rare, but in the real world possible thousand or more around. Now watches like the Panama Canal Special Edition Rolex Sub was Limited to 75 watches most were TT. They were made by Rolex to commemorate the transfer of the Panama Canal from the USA, to the republic of Panama Dec 1999 and now telephone number prices for genuine watches so they are rare.

This is just a list of the most popular what I would call rare and collectable there are many many more which by old brain cannot remember.

Model 6429 Steel Oyster Commando.
Any early 1930s- 40s Rolex Prince.
Any of the old ETA Valjoux powered Rolex chronographs 6236 etc
COMEX Submariner or SD
Early cushion case bubblebacks.
Model 6202 Turn-O-Graph.
Any true Rolex Military marked Submariner like say 5510.
Single Red double red Subs SD.
Early Rolex Kew A class Oyster chronometers.
Any of the left hand wind Rolex watches Subs or Datejust.
Any early vintage Milguass watches, but not the modern day Milguass.
Rare early GMTs.
Vintage orange hand Explorers
Early 1960s Explorer dates like the Airkings TT are very rare
Daytona 6239 6263/5 etc.
Early Rolex watches made only for Canadian market
1939-45 military watches
Rolex Turtle Timer
Airking dates with the roulette date wheels
Rolex Date and Triple date with Moonphase.
Rolex Viceroy.
Rolex Tudor military subs.
Any Rolex sports watch with say a Sultans emblem.
Cartier/Tiffany branded Rolex watches.
Panama Canal special Rolex subs.
Rolex Tudor Monte Carlo Chronograph ref 7159
Rolex Tudor ranger alarm.
Most early Rolex subs.6200/6536/6205/5/6538/5512/3.
First Oyster quartz 5100 Beta 21 movement.
