Newbie buying a 116234 Blue/Roman/Jubilee

Hello everyone...I’m from Miami.
Retail is $7950 what should I be paying?
I’ve had two of these watches on my wrist over the last 6 months and couldn’t pull the trigger...
Now I must have it.
Can anyone help me on advice? Stores in Florida?
My buddy says NO to a 36 but it feels right to me.
Do I buy a used one of eBay or keeping looking for a new one?
Thanks so much in advance.

Buy the size you like. Don’t listen to others.

For me, I will buy brand new as I am able to get discount from AD. So the price difference is not so much but I don’t need to worry about the authenticity of the watch.

For you situation, I would suggest you to wait until June as the 2019 DateJust will be available.

You should be paying $7950...lol. Don’t expect a discount from an AD. You can always ask. Try a trusted seller here...you may get a better price.

If I have located one from a reputable seller brand new...what would be the advantage to waiting for 2019 models in June? Do we know for sure the exact watch I want will be available?

2019 model is going to cost more. The new watch has better reserve, though I believe the bracelet is no longer the super jubilee which is a look that many liked

I’d buy the one you like best, size wise. Try to source a new one from a reputable seller here, with a decent discount if you’re comfortable with that. If not, I’m not sure how much discount you’ll get from an AD these days, do your homework. I’d get the piece now if available, vs waiting for the new model, if you find the exact configuration you’re looking for.
