Best everyday Rolex?

As the title suggests what in your opinion is the best everyday Rolex?

Sub date. Hard wearing, classic and goes with anything.

OP39. Super comfortable on the wrist, all-brushed bracelet.

Subjective question but my own opinion:

(-) Sub. Classic, rugged, pairs with everything. It’s the icon for a reason. Glide lock makes it a perfect fit on any wrist.
(-) Explorer. Simple three hander that easily fits into board shorts or the board room. Rugged as well and flies under the radar. Comes with EZ link.
(-) OP39. It’s a really stunning piece that can dress up or down. Easy to read and has a classy datejust look with an entry level price tag. No EZ link though.
(-) Datejust. The 36 or 41 are both winners. Also an icon for a reason, it’s a classic and timeless look. Get a fluted bezel and oyster bracelet for a one and only. It looks great year round and is a perfect daily. Comes with EZ link.

I’ve got to say that once you get used to not having a date function, the sub no date (114060) is pretty much the perfect watch

I would say that even though I wear the 126660 every day, it's probably not the ideal watch for most. I would go with the 216570 as a daily wear, but even that would have its limitations with certain clothing or settings.

Any SS Daytona would be my choice.

Any watch with ceramic eliminates it from the running for me.

i would say a datejust

sub being 2nd but it just doesn't dress up as well as a datejust dresses down. fine in business casual but looks silly with a suit

Platona. Covers lots of bases. Iconic. Stealth wealth. Only WIS will know what it is.

Sub Date. It can handle anything you throw at it.

And if it's a 6 digit with glidelock, you have optimal comfort/fit.

“Best” ?? .....going to be a bunch of varying opinions on this one. I’d consider 99% of the Rolex catalogue to be an everyday wearing piece. Wear what you enjoy the most ....that’s the best one!

Depends what your day looks like, for me it’s Day date. Would like to say Daytona but I need a date.

Turn o graph would be a good candidate if it had same dimensions as DD40 and better looking numbers.

The Submariner does not go with everything. The Explorer does.
