Incoming Pepsi! BLRO

Can't stop looking at it! No AD games - wired money to Chase at Nashville Watch yesterday and received it this morning. Had it sized at a local AD.

For those of you that have the jubilee - how does your clasp look? I got it sized and the clasp isn't in the center. They told me it's normal / is the way it should be as the clasp underside (not fully visible) is center although optically it is not.

How it sits on the wrist

Looking at the underside of the clasp is actually center

Congrats!

Clasp looks correct. The blade should be centered. The clasp itself will be off a bit.

My clasp is centered on my BLRO. I would recommend removing a few links from the 12:00 end. Yours is way off.

As I understood it OP bought it at market price and not AD price? Hence no need for AD games.

I actually understood that he didn't want AD games so he went grey?

Wrong answer!

Beautiful watch and great pic...initially thought it looked like a 16710. Enjoy OP.

Congrats, great watch. And yes the correct way to size a watch is to center the bottom/hidden part of the clasp. In most cases you will not have the same number of links on each side, and the visible part of the clasp won’t be perfectly centered.

Yep that’s what I meant. Market price == grey price. AD price == MSRP.

Yeah just move a few links from 12 to 6 o'clock, and it'll be centered.

Wouldn't that result in the in the bottom / hidden part of the clasp to actually be off center?

Yes - I bit the bullet and purchased grey from Chase at Nashville Watch. Quick and painless transaction.

Yes it would. It's a matter of preference. Totally up to you on how you want the watch to sit. I prefer my clasp to look centered.

got my BLRO from Sohais and couldn´t be happier. My clasp is off center like yours, doesn´t bother me at all.
Enjoy

Likewise. Always centre the visible clasp.

Huge congrats, beautiful watch.

The clasp sits correct but it is personal taste. I would want the visible part a bit more in the centre.
Perhaps try changing one link to the other side and see how that works.

The slotted head of the screw pins on the jubilee get marred easily. Apply some heat to the female part when opening and use the correct size screwdriver.

Congrats man! I knew you were thinking about it based on our back and forth. Looks awesome! As for the clasp thing, I think if it bothers you they can just take a link out of 12 o’clock side and move it to 6 o’clock. Probably more important that it’s comfortable.
