No crown spring?

Just got m watch back from service
When I unscrew the crown it does not pop out like my other rolexes it is in the winding position the watch does pull it to set the day and date and out again to set the time
Is this ok that my watch does that?

If you unscrew the crown it should be in the winding position, pull out on or two clicks for setting

My two watches usually do that most of the time after unscrewing pop into winding position once out and into winding position. Even if it doesn’t do this it should be fine.

Once the crown is free of the threads, try slowly rotating the crown clockwise. This usually pops it out fully to where it is in winding position.

Agreed. For my watch it's counter-clockwise slightly after it's free of the threads, but same concept.

Why not go back to the service agent and speak to them about it, perhaps take one of your other Rolexes with you as a comparison.

This has been my experience as well. It's been this way since the watch was new, and I've had it for over two years.
