Still loving my Explorer II 16570

After about a month I am still loving my black EXP II. Heading into the holiday week with it. To me it really speaks to the toolish luxury aspect of the brand, and every time I look at it it’s a breath of fresh air against the current craziness around the hotter SS models. Favorite Rolex so far.

This ^
And I’ve had mine 16 months.
I just love the fact that it doesn’t shout Rolex to everyone. Only watch nuts have ever noticed it.

Yep couldn't agree more. I've had mine for about 5 weeks and worn it everyday. Its more watch than jewellery, the 16570 is just a great easy to wear watch

It’s a great reference. What is there not to like about it... I’ll eventually pick up an EXP II, but I have shiny object syndrome and keep buying the new shiny ceramic stuff...

13 years I've worn my 16570 and still consider it my daily driver piece. I have my radar on a polar next.

Beautiful watch. I'm not a fan of the Rolex cyclops in general, but the Explorer is the one Rolex making me rethink that.

Had my Polar 16570 for just over a year now and love it. Worn every day at work, it normally gets a rest every 6 days, when the Speedmaster Pro takes over.

My local time is PST but I work in GMT so it’s the perfect ‘tool’ watch for me!

Love the dial and sunburst bezel too!
