Ugliest wrist shot ever......

Well something different.

This is what happens when you get excessive UV exposure and it catches up with you years down the track.

Steve,

They'll heal quickly.

Unlike Sandfly bites in QLD. Gill and I were in Noosa for an AGM in Feb this year and she was bitten to the buggery. Those sort of bites look worse and can take longer to heal. I wasn't even bitten once. Must say something about me...

Nice DJ too. Did you post that pic from work?

You must have too much time on your hands unlike me........

He did get it checked out and that's how it got that way. Apparently someone went all the way downtown with a can of liquid nitrogen.

That's awful, Steve. The Rolex might get infected!!

Seriously, buddy.....hope that has been looked into by a doctor and it heals real soon.

What is the medical term for that?

Cheers - JJ

JJ,

I am with you. I think it is highly unfair that everything boils down to sheep.... Yum, on that note Stewed Lamb Shanks just came to mind. Sorry, back to the issue in question.

It's called the Tall Poppy Syndrome and you're up there baby. JMO.

Steve......

and here I thought you had alot of friends on this board......NOT

What you have there is a rare and somewhat infectious disease called:

LEATHEROUS DAYDATEICUS

You are fatally allergic to that watch, and SHOULD NOT wear it anymore.

Being the good friend I am...please send the watch to me and I will dispose of it for ya!

What are friends for?

Bubba gave JJ a watch...but I will SAVE your life!

Thanks guys for all your concerns, the dermatologist had this little steel canister full of pressurised liquid nitrogen (-180degC) and decided to use it to burn off some small skin growths (I thought they were worts) that were the result of excess exposure to the sun. She didn't think it was so bad, but told me to use UV protection on my hands.
Anyway, that liquid nitrogen hurt like hell and this is how my hands look after 1 week post treatment In fact they are starting to look better as to start there were heaps of big blisters with fluid.
So all should be well, just remember to slop on that sunscreen, as the sun can have lethal long term effects

After the dermatologist did this I was very man because the pain was quite intense, and then the blisters were huge, and full of liquid, that got me worried, but now its coming around, just have to ensure there is no infection.

The dermatologist also did a couple on my head....funny they didn't hurt as much afterwards

If that is what they look like now they are healing, I would of disliked to of seen them when they were like blisters.
I hope that they don't start to itch to much. Though I believe that is a sign that the wounds are healing.

Maybe it's a nickel allergy?

Glad you got them checked out before you had a real problem with basel/squamous carcinoma.
