AD rang me last week asking if I wanted one.

I have enough Subs/Sub Dates.

I got mine the same day( December 2019) , no wait, but this is an AD whose rule is to put sub ND and date pieces on display ( once they receive the shipment), no purchase history needed, first come , first serve, no holds, no reservation, no payment over phone, you pay in person ( or ask someone to do it for you)
But pepsi/hulk/ batman /daytona, are for VIP with purchase history
