Opinion re: Authenticity of 1960s Tudor Oyster Prince

Hi folks,

I’m looking at a ~1960s Tudor Oyster Prince, but am uncertain of its authenticity and am looking for second opinions. I’d prefer to buy from a well-established dealer, but this came across my radar and is very closely aligned with what I’m looking for.

Opinions are very much appreciated!

looks good to me.

These are relatively cheap so not really forged. The only real risk is that the dials are repainted but this one looks original.

I think you are good to go.

Looks like a gold capped 7995. Here is my father's for comparison:

Looks good and I suggest a pre-64 with earlyish Geneva caseback. The gold capping was applied quite thick so withstand a few knocks / ravages of time ...gold plated bracelets though only have to look at a desk and the gold comes away.... such was the thinness of gold plate (to allow link mvt) !
