Incoming... joined the club!
Hi all,
I've patiently been waiting for my 1st Rolex!! A New Explorer in the UK and it finally arrived this week. Absolutely chuffed with the new watch, simply classic and looks GREAT! To share a little of my experience, and hopefully help others. I selected a local AD because its independent, I bought jewelry in the past and I continue to build a relationship. I know UK is short on Professional watches and I could probably phone, travel around, but I wanted a watch direct from the factory, untouched and was prepared to wait a few months. The AD is Mallory's in Bath and have been absolutely fantastic throughout. I took my young son with me for the experience and hopefully memory as this will be his watch in the future. The usual refreshments and sweet treats arrived whist I got excited about my new watch. During the fitting process they also fixed my son's watch with a new battery (free of charge), gifted some Rolex caps and pen whilst managing the whole transactions with excellent customer service. I left a very happy customer and would highly recommend Mallory's to anyone travelling into the Bath. Hope the above helps, and looking forward to wearing the Rolex for many years to come. |

Congrats and thanks for sharing your AD experience . I have a great relationship with mine for many years now, and enjoy every visit even if it's just to say hi. There's something to be said about old fashioned face to face customer service when it is top-notch.
