I Think I Want a BLACK (LN) 116618LN
Don't see many of these. I think I want to replace my 16610LV and 1680 with one plus cash. Anyone have pics? Likes? Dislikes?

I was really favouring the YG LN too but once I tried on the LB I couldn't resist the stunning dial. I do like the black and gold combo however so may look at a YG GMTc in future.

I LOVE the black dial 116618! No pictures unfortunately (don't own one) but it's a badass watch for sure. While many here have said they prefer the GMT 116718 in threads comparing the two watches, the gold Sub takes my vote (although both are very nice). Long story short, I don't think you can go wrong by getting one!

Absolutely love this watch!!! I tried the black and blue models and was blown away by the black.
It's on my grail list. Hoping to acquire really soon. |

Great choice on the 18k YG Submariner.
I prefer the blue dial/bezel because it is just stunning, and you can get a black dial on many other Rolexes. |

I can't do the blue. The new Sunburst dial is great, but a blue ceramic insert looks like someone put a smurf in a blender. Creamy and bland. Ack

I've been wearing the black dial for the last 3 weeks on rotation.
Its a great watch. I much prefer the black than the blue dial (although I've had the blue before). The watch is an incredible piece if you want a yellow gold Submariner. Yes, very nice, but if you have a sweet looking 1680 think twice before selling it.

However I do like the black bezel but once you wear the watch you look at the dial 90% of the time, hardly ever the bezel, esp if it has a beautiful sunburst effect, so think carefully before you buy just on that basis. I also think the gold Rolex font matches far better on the YG blue sub than the slightly jarring white font on the YG subc. |

I think that model is highly under rated around here, but personally I think it's killer.
