Unfortunately we had a little accident and dropped the watch smashing the glass, enough to also stop the watch working with bits of glass that fell inside:( After a visit to our Rolex AD in Dubai (Mirdiff Mall) and 3 weeks later the watch was returned like New a fantastic service by the team, highly recommended.

Despite reading threads saying AD are becoming unappreciative I can comment positively that not all the dealers full into this category.

Well done again for the repair and Excellent service from the AD in MIrdiff Mall Dubai

Good to hear, I visited them few times myself. Try iFly at the mall when you get a chance.
