I had both the champagne Serti and sunburst blue on my TT Sub. The Slate brings out the SS in the watch, the Champagne brings out the gold so the choice is easy with a 18k Sub. The blue sunburst actually "pops" more as it contrast the watch and the sunburst has more dimension to it. It's a richer look, IMO. I wore a Serti for 5 years and a blue dial for longer. The blue sunburst is certainly in style more these days.
