Very nice, congratulations. The CB is one of my favorite watches and I'm happy to have had one for a couple of years.

I agree with others and your thoughts that the lighter blue does not go well with the CB. I have a caramel OEM (like everyone else I guess) and also a grey OEM. The grey matches well but is very subtle. If you want "pop" then perhaps some orange!

Wow congratulations. I think blue is fun. I'd keep it for casual summer occasions

Thank you all

Well, hypothetically, if I have a chance to exchange the light blue strap with another color and I have only the 4 choices in the attached photo, which way I should go?

1- Just get another caramel and keep it as a spare?

2- get the darker blue glossy shade (not sure in flesh if I am going to like it, also I don't think the green will go well with the watch, no?)?

Also, I am not sure of the life-time of such straps if they are stored for long time (in case I get another caramel as a spare), do they get dry and damaged after some time if not used? I never used natural crocodile skin straps before so not sure if buying for storing is a good idea.

Thank you for your feedback, do you have a photo for the grey strap?

Thank you for your recommendation, you have a fantastic collection and the IG photos are really great.

So this orange strap is different from the caramel /beige strap?

Thanks.
Are you referring to tan strap when you say caramel? Orange is a different strap. I have also custom made CF strap.

Congratulations, it's a stunning watch! I walked in to my local AD a few days ago and they happened to have one which I tried on. Very tempting!

Congratulations Helmi. Cannot wait for mine. I am picking it up in 3 weeks time. Ot let us say 3 weeks 2 days.

Like you I do not have a local AD. The decision to select a right strap was a difficult one. The colors in the strap catalog that FPJ gives does not match the actual one. Changed my mind couple of times. Finally went with the tan color

Archer75 - Love the photos. Is the strap photo taken with the blue shoes background the tan OEM strap?

Congrats on a fantastic choice. Yes you can't go wrong with the caramel (tan) strap. I am 100 % sure you will enjoy it very much

Great watch, enjoy!

Mine is on a black strap, rubber backed, but the colors you've chosen are very fun!

You can buy an all natural leather protectant cream to apply on the straps if you like.

Thank you. Any recommended brand for the protectant cream?

Great watch by the iconoclast genius FP Journe. Your strap looks great. I went with the dark blue strap maybe a little more versatile.

Beautiful. I'm on the list for this one... but the only Canadian AD on the phone suggested that I need to buy another FPJ before being allowed to buy a CB. These kind of games...

My local dealer tried same game with me and I ended up buying it from Geneva boutique. Very helpful people and they shipped the watch free of charge
