I've got both and I suggest GMT first then Sub. That said, if you're getting from AD on waiting list, then it'll have to be whichever comes first!

116610LV or 116710 BLNR?
They are definitely both great — in their own ways.
I tend to find the BLNR a little more sporty/dress with the PCLs — but then again I’ll wear any of my watches with any style of attire!! If either or — as I said earlier — Hulk. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I have thought about the SubC LN, a timeless classic of course. But again you're paying a premium for a relatively new one. If i'm paying a premium i feel that i want to put it towards a notably "special" watch, so to speak. |

OP, there are numerous threads on this topic if you search around a bit. Having said that, I think BLNR works better as one watch. I just recently bought a BLNR and I plan to add LVc once I see one in person (never seen one in person before).

I love both very much...but if I could only keep one it would be the Hulk. The hulk is my favorite watch by far out of my humble collection of 4....

I had both. Though the Batman is more versatile (can be used in more conservative setting), if I had to pick one again, I'd do the Hulk. It seems to keep me interested way more than the Batman. I find myself looking at it all the time.

I have both and love both, if the PCLs are not going to be an issue I say follow your heart and get the BLNR. I saw one in the wild today so had a chance to see it on someone else’s wrist. Amazing..!!!

My wife said the numbers on Blnr on the bezel are too bold and big.
She liked the more balanced numbers on the Hulk bezel in addition to the green gold sunburst dial. The black and blue combo is very very nice, though. I agree with my wife.

Keep your DJ and add the LV. You'll have a steel sporty/dressy combo that will take you through just about any situation life offers.
Save up and then add a BLRO for that extra special gold piece your collection will want. |

I’ve had both. I. Still have the LV. Both great watches but the Hulk is one of my all time favorites.

BLNR
I love the Hulk, but the other is more universal to me. I considered both too, but the all black GMT was it for me. I felt the blue may be too sporty for suit/tie life. |

I like both if I'm honest. There is an occasion for either Hulk or Batman. BLNR would blend easier into most situations, while the LV stands out. I was at the same crossroads as you were a year ago; I reacquired the Hulk first, then later added the Batman. But if I had to keep just one, it would be green for me.

Both watches are almost equally popular (BLNR 52.5% vs LVc 47.5%) as shown in the recent poll:
https://www.rolexforums.com/showthre...Batman+vs+Hulk It won't go wrong by following your heart to choose either one. |

No wrong answer, go with your heart.
For me though, it would have to be the Sub LV. I had a BLNR for almost three years but just couldn't bond with it so I eventually gave in and moved it on. However, the Sub always manages to sneak an extra week on my wrist when it's its turn in the rotation

I've had them both and only one remains (The LVc.) Out of those two I would pick the LVc, however I would go 114060 over both
That said obviously pick whichever one YOU like the most. Both are great watches, just weigh the pros and con or flip a coin |

If you chose one of them it will be hard to forget the other one, so it’s a matter of time until you own them both .

I say it depends on what you have in your collection already. I would not have the LV as my only watch. I bought both in the last 2 months, and I have to say the LV has the greater "wow" factor and is the better watch for me to wear with the brushed links and glidelock clasp. I don't use the GMT function as I rarely travel these days.
