Enjoying my new SD43 and decided to take my “old” GMT II to Wynn for servicing. Met with Luis their watchmaker and they and the sales people are always super cool. He came out, talked to us and answered all the questions we had.

Had two choices to send it to Dallas Service Center or he is certified to do it in house. Difference was $100 shipping and if you send it in they give you the 2 year warranty and the Rolex pouch/case and you get an appraisal.

I chose to send it to Dallas for a full service but no polishing of the case or bracelet. I asked him if we could take a peek inside the watch and he did, was really cool to see. Can’t say enough about the staff there.
