In praise for old computers
I read an article about a repair shop thats still using a Commodore 64 thats over 25 years old. The guy who works on my Mustangs uses a 286 Compaq Desktop that his brother gave him 25+ years ago.....and its still running and never broke. I asked him wouldn't like a newer machine.....nope ,dont want to lean new software.....and until this one breaks he will keep on using the 286 chip Compaq. I guess it fitting a shop for old Mustangs use old computers for it biz.

I've got a Commodore 64 that I've dragged around through all my moves. Damned thing still works like a charm although the old TVs I would hook it up to as the monitor are all long gone. I even have the old external floppy drive and some of the disks, along with what was then a speedy (I think 6k) modem to get on line with the 64.
