Icon2 Starting over thread. Any Invicta 8926OBV2 fans here?

I just got mine about a week ago. It isn't a Rolex Submariner, but it is a great homage watch though. It makes me want to get a real Rolex Submariner, but for obvious reasons I can't. The expensive price, and the danger of having an expensive watch in public too.

Remember, no talk about fake Rolex watches.

I have a stock pile of valuable precious metals I saved over the years for various reasons. I question selling it everyday to get a Rolex watch I really like. Anybody else have or feel the samething everyday?

I am tough on all my watches no matter the price. I always question the price of a watch to what I am ultimately doing with that watch over all. So far, a Rolex Submariner homage like the Invicta 8929OBV2 is holding up to my everyday activities, like showering.

Having a Rolex is not about being able to "tell the time" there is a lot more then that. You have valid reasons for not buying a Rolex but I dont get your posts?

Im sure your invicta is a nice way to tell the time but I dont think you will find too many people on a ROLEX forum that will give props to it...

Thats just my opinion

There is really no danger in having a Rolex in public. Insure the watch and forget about it. Wear it, use it enjoy it.
