Berna vintage watch

Hey guys.. Need a little help. I inherited a watch from my grandfather. Its a Berna dress watch. I know its not overly valuable, but looking to get a little history on it. Can anyone shed some light if you know? Thanks!

Looks like a Unitas movement to me.
Probably from the late 40s early 50s.
Not really worth more than the value of the gold case.

Thank you.. I knew it had little value, just like to understand history. Appreciate the response!
