New strap incoming!
For my Submersible Bianco, I just ordered a leather black hornback strap from Liger. My first substitute strap for the black rubber it came with. Not so in love with the canvas strap the watch also came with. Will post pictures upon arrival. From Liger.

Two strap recommendations if you don’t mind:
(1) Try a Mauser strap from vintagerstraps.com, which is owned by a California based long-time Panerai enthusiast and collector. A lighter colored Mauser will pair incredibly well with the Bianco and will show you just how great the watch looks with straps that are not black. If you don’t already know, ammo straps (that is, strap made from WWII-era ammunition pouches) are a large part of the Panerai world. Generally, the three most common categories of ammo straps are French, Gustav, and Mauser. Vintager is very well known for their Mauser straps. Ammo straps are a good choice because they can withstand nearly anything (I routinely take mine in the water without concern) and their patina gives them a lot of character. (2) Try a distressed canvas strap from kyros-straps.com, a Greek strap maker who produces the best canvas straps I have ever handled. His distressed canvas is unique because it includes a strip of leather in the center that gives the strap the structure that canvas needs (IMO). The strip of leather is a military grade leather that is durable and water resistant. If I was going to pick a distressed canvas for the Bianco, my choice would be the Forest Green with a minimal stitch. In my opinion, the world of straps is equally, if not more, exciting as the world of Panerai. We have some incredible artisan strap makers in the Panerai community whose care and attention to detail are top-of-the-line. The right strap can give you a newfound appreciation for your watches. I’ve had a few watches that I didn’t bond with and sold. After seeing the new owner put the watches on better straps, I immediately regretted selling. Feel free to PM with any strap related questions!
