For the UK market it was well managed by AP and I'd agree with your very low, single digit percentage figure of 50th Anniversary pieces that were flipped here.

Have both the normal and limited edition.

Left is the normal and right is the limited edition. It is about 80% bigger.

There were ~25000 50th RO and ROC made. There are about 700 15550, 15510 and 26240 listings. Subtract the obvious duplicates, and it's about 2% on C24 (mostly just sitting there).
