Congratulations! Saw a VTNR yesterday on display at an AD and it is growing on me. I am going to hold off and wait on a ceramic Coke though.

Looking forward to your wrist shots.

BTW, this is how to announce an incoming for sure. Better three weeks in advance than making us guess and wait 9 days

Owning the BLRO and meteorite, do you ever feel the desire to get rid of BLRO? I just got a meteorite Daytona YG and before I used to think BLRO was the dream and now it seems a little too basic. Curious to get your thoughts.

Ok ,so have seen it three times before (Twice on Oyster,Once on Jubilee )
Seen in the "Display only" or "Sold ,waiting for owner to pick up" scenario.
I guess the "three weeks " fits with the latter.

Before launch collective enthusiasm predicted close to correct .
Black/Green was predicted and some threw in the left hand version .
Ok ,so crown on the left, green /black bezel,cyclops/date on the right .
Great, there we have a left hand version ,which will be worn by more right handed people anyway.

But ...they go and place the date /cyclops on the left !! Heh ?

All of a sudden there is gin in the sprite.
Eyes squinting and first instinct to turn it upside down.

Colours are not out of the ordinary, black and "Sub LV green" bezel insert, but the combination of known form ,just rearranged ,sure does make a visual impression .
What that impression is ,may change with time.

It's brilliance is in it's quirkiness.

Congrats. Agree. The quirkiness makes the VTNR.

Congrats! How long was the wait? I have been on the list since April. Was originally hoping for the oyster band but after wearing my BLNR on a jubilee regularly I would take it on either. What is your band of choice - oyster or jubilee?

Made contact the day after launch .

Oyster or Jubilee ?
126710BLNR on Oyster so VTNR is good on Jubilee.
GMT Meteorite just on oyster.

I believe Oyster is the bracelet for sports, but PCLs scratch easy and Jubilee doesn't show scratches .
Both is just long enough, with the extension link out, for my large wrists.
Not having the glidelock on GMTs is a Rolex omission of note IMO.When 11 series went to 12 series,a glidelock should have been incorporated in the bracelet design.

Anyway, you get a chance to buy ,you dont quibble about the bracelet .
