Is this Patek Phillippe Calatrava a good deal?

I found this Patek on Portero.com and am considering making the plunge. However, that being said, I am not sure how good of a deal this is. That's where I seek the help of this forum :)

http://portero.com/brands/patek-phil...802-watch.html

Also, how can I date this watch? The description doesn't say when this watch was made.

Thanks in advance!

Doesnt sound like it has box and papers....

Id look around the various forums before you make a purchase.

I believe it is certified authentic by Tourneau.

I think the price is a bit high. Probably shoud be somewhere between $8800-9800, depending on condition and if it has the original Patek box and paperwork.

I recently sold my Patek Travel-Time #5034 to a dealer. It is the same as a Calatrava with the additional hand and pushers for a second time zone.

My watch was LNIB as I had only worn it 4 or 5 times. It came with the original box with all papers and packing.

Before I sold it, I was looking at asking prices of my watch model offered for sale and the prices ranged from the low $11,xxx to the high 12,xxx.

I suggest you check around before you commit to buy this one.

Price seems to be a little bit on higher side.
