How Much: 16520 'P' Daytona Zenith - White Dial Hardly Worn / LNIB

Hi,

I know there has been fluidity as far as the price of the 16520 Zenith goes over the last few years but I am specifically interested in as near a Mint / LNIB Zenith White Dial ''P' Series Daytona (With B&P) and what people think they now go for or if anyone knows of one sold recently.

I have recieved a very good offer for my 116520 but just wonder what people think I could the 16520 in the condition mentioned above could be got for, I have looked but I still don't see any Daytonas in this spec currently for sale.

My guess is the USA is the most likely source and as such what experiences do people have of buying from the USA and bringing a watch into the UK? Likely cost of insurance / Tax etc.

Happy New & Cheers

Hi Eduardo,

Thanks for that which is about £7090 GBP at current exchange rates which is cheaper than I thought it would be, but all good if that is the case

Cheers

OK, using the list of Vintage Watch Dealers from the Vintage page sticky I have found this which is, more than the estimate from Eduardo:

Euros 10,500
GBP £8,765
USD $13,600

http://www.watchmywatch.fr/16520bp.html (Jerome Fellous)

It lists as a 1999 'A' Series

But states it is a transitional model in that it has SEL but Tritium dial, which the photos support (Well the Tritium part anyway)

I guess as there was never an official change in model description there must be models of this type which have one but not both the changes which are usually associated with the later Zenith models?

Anyone have experience of this seller

Cheers
