Used GMT 16700 black bezel vs Brand new Sub without date

Good day,

I am new to the Rolex world and I know its not apple to apple comparision.
But I have a choice of a used GMT 16700 with black bezel (Swiss - T<25) and a brand new Sub without date.
What would you guys choose if you were me?
Apprecaite your advise if possible. Thanks.

There is no wrong or right answer, they are both great. But I would get a Pepsi bezel for the 16700, not black. Welcome to TRF.

Thanks. But may I know why the Pepsi bezel?
I though the black bezel is abit unique?
Was looking at the black bezel due it looks abit like the Sub.
Sorry for the noob question but as you can see I am totally new here.

That's ok. It's just my personal preference, because I like the colours and day/night is clearly marked with the red & blue. Some people do prefer black.

By the way, you will get much more response here if you post your question in the Rolex General Discussion forum at the top, rather than here in Reviews. Not so many people come to this section.

Mine would be for a new watch with all of the current updates (clasp, bracelet, lume, etc)
