Friendsgiving success
Pulled the trigger on a Memphis Grill last week and got it together before this weekend. We hosted a Friendsgiving and threw an injected Cajun Turkey and Mac and cheese on the smoker. Was freakin amazing. Anyone considering a smoker, check out Memphis, it's ticks all the boxes! Slow cook smoke, roast and sear. 180-650 degrees! It's awesome!
