Final step to my 90% completed collection

About to do a deal to radically downsize and increase quality after a buying spree over the last 18 months. The above two are staying as the backbone of the watchbox, the sd4k is great and my 18 ish year old speedie is worn on various natural leather coloured straps, no bracelet and no formal leather. Question is, how should round off the collection? This will be my "90% done collection". I am not ruling out more watches in the future but want to take a break from obsessing about my watches and enjoy them.

No substitutions. Just option 1 or 2 and why please. There is a cash difference but as option 1 is releasing cash and option 2 is only inputting a smallish amount that should not be the deciding factor. Thanks in advance! (P.s. not my pics...)

Option 1

VC overseas chrono deep stream and JLC perpetual calendar ultrathin in white gold. Covers the high end chrono, high end complication and has precious metal. Also gives good variety as the VC can be worn on leather or rubber and the white face JLC gives colour options. I also pocket about $11k and the pieces have taken the vast majority of their value hit given the prices I would be trading at so don't worry about depreciation.

Option 2

Patek 5712g. It's a Patek for a start. A single precious metal and sports watch perhaps doesn't give the breadth and versatility of the VC and JLC combo but covers 90% of the way from luxury sports to formal I think. All watches would get more wrist time given its a three watch collection. I would put $2k into this deal and be getting the Patek about list price but preowned.
