First Rolex Purchase !!!

Hi Guys,

I've been a long time member and long time hopeful future Rolex owner. Thanks to many posts here and videos elsewhere, I reached out to my local AD (Thanks Anthony) and decided to make my first Rolex purchase. The Oyster Perpetual 39 with white dial!

Years ago I wouldn't have thought the OP39 would be my first, but after seeing it I was sold. So simple. So clean. Couldn't be happier.

Now I just have to get out of this being too careful phase and wear it!

Phil

Congrats!

It's a tough watch so don't worry too much about it. besides when it eventually gets serviced it comes back like new.

I've seen and heard about 12x more Subs and GMT's passing through several of my AD's hands than Oyster Perpetual 39's. Haven't seen one yet this year. In any color. Very odd.

By the way, big congrats! Welcome to the club.

It was Glenmorangie Scotch for the celebration, but Bourbon and Rye are usually in the rotation for Whiskey Wednesday.

Great watch. Congrats on the purchase. Wear it and enjoy it! You waited so long, let it get marked and worn and out plenty of memories on it
