34mm oyster perpetual

Hello fellow members,

Have not logged in for 5 years. Just bought the wifey a 34mm oyster perpetual with oyster bracelet (steel and gold) with customize mop diamond dial and diamond bezel. P serial no. My question is what is the difference of oyster perpetual compared to datejust aside from the size? Does anybody know what movement this watch have? Thanks

Same movement base, 3130. The OP Date would have the same movement as the Datejust if you want one with a date.

The next size down, 31mm, switches to the smaller 2231 ladies movements.

Hello,
Maybe you could enlight me... I found some 1953'-1954' Rolex oyster perpetual ref. 6085 (steel case & gold bezel + crown)but with a hand wind movement, not an automatic. Is it possible that Rolex made hand wind movement with perpetual on the dial ?
