For those that have it... any concern with the clasp popping open accidentally? All my previous Rolex watches have had the flip lock.

Zero. It would be extremely difficult to apply enough pressure to do that without also breaking your wrist. It’s a nonissue. I prefer the slim form factor of this even over the flip lock. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I just traded in my blue OP39 today towards a Hulk. I’d get the white OP39 if I was shopping for one of those references.

I love the fact that the OP 39's are some of the best looking and versatile rolex watches and are also the best priced

Would you say the dial leans more towards eggshell white or a silvered white? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I go back and forth on this. Can’t decide if it would look more or less sparse with the numbers vs. the squares, and if I value the information of the numbers at a quick glance. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Personally, I love it more outdoor because that's where it shows it's true beauty. Indoor it may seem flat and boring which may be the initial impression when first viewed in the store. Best way to describe the watch is simple, classy and very versatile. Sent from my ONEPLUS A5000 using Tapatalk |

Is there any sort of expected product cycle with Rolexes? Given the white/black dial update in 2018, is there any chance of another update to the OP39 line at Basel 2020, or would that be too quick of a turnaround? Wondering when they're gonna update the movement to the 32xx series.

Op 39 White on Leather strap
Hi all..I have a Sub and looking to add the White OP39. Few questions if you would indulge me.
1. Does anyone have any pics of this watch with a Leather Strap? If so what Leather strap types and or brand names would you recommend? 2. I travel a fair bit and lately noticing my Sub gets a little tight while flying, comes with age I guess...The wrist swelling is easily fixable with the Glide Lock on my Sub. So how "adjustable: is the Oyster bracelet on the OP39? Or once it is sized, then am I stuck with what I have? i appreciate everyone's response! |

Have any of you put yours on a leather or rubber strap?

I reached out to my local AD today to see about availability of the white dial reference. They told me that they thought the wait would be 4-8 months if I wanted to place an order. I told them I wasn't ready to place an order today, but to please give me a call if they get their hands on one.
At another AD I visited last week, they had two in stock -- grey and blue. No white. |

Yikes. Is the white dial really that hard to get? I figured it was like all other OPs. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Just got my white the other day and with the help of a half link, it fits my wrist perfectly.

I bought it used for $5K which is about $700 below MSRP but the warranty card is dated March 12, 2019. Not sure why the original owner sold it only after a month. It is in perfect condition. Not a flaw to be found and, there were still a couple stickers left on the inner bracelet clasp.

Did you source the half link from the AD? Was it in stock or did they have to order? Congrats on the new watch!

I had an extra one in my safe from when I put a glidelock clasp on my 14060M sub. Rolex will not sell one to you unless you bring in a watch that originally came with one. They come up in the classifieds and on eBay from time to time. You can see where I added it, it’s right at the end of the clasp blade. When sizing your watch, you want to center the clasp blades on your wrist, not the outer clasp which is much shorter.

I recently traded in my blue dial OP39. I would like to get the white face one at some point in the future.

How I would love to see this OP in 36mm without the double baton hour markers. Why can't they recreate this exact dial in 36mm??
