Reserve Power of Rolex 216570?
I have a Rolex Explorer II 216570. I attempt to measure the reserve power of this watch since I can't find the official figures. Wind the watch fully on 12th Mar midnight and leave it in my drawer. It finally stops on 15th Mar at 11PM. That gives a reserve power of 71 hours. Is this good?

Yes. Very good. Power reserve is usually somewhere around 50 hours. I have one. Trust me I know.

The power reserve of the 3187 movement is around 48 hours and while there would be a +/- percentage from this figure if you got 71 hours I would check it again.

I wound my 216570 twenty times then wore it for three days then took it off and kept it in a drawer without winding again. Power reserve was 47.5 hours. Did it twice with the same result.

according to a previous post in TRF, it is 72 hrs. But some sources quote 48 hrs.

Have to agree 71 hours is very doubtful that's around Daytona PR but as long as its around 40-48 hours all is fine.
