Links & Weight Loss/Gain

When I lose weight the SS band on my Daytona becomes loose - hard to realize weight accumulates in the wrist, as weight change doesn't seem to affect shoe size.

It's easy to tell a person's general weight/fitness status just by looking at their wrist shots. No surprise your watch gets loose when you slim down.
