I went and tried some on. They're VERY nice. The detail, the case, the strap, clasp. All very fine. I shouldn't have gone there.

They had a Deep Brown Ceramic with the Sedna bezel. It looked tiny (39.5) compared to my DJ41 at a glance, but not really. It's thiccc. I can't stop thinking about them now. But it's a tough sell at $11,200. I would have been very tempted to buy it there if it wa more in line with internet pricing.

I hear Omegas don't get any discount through an AD or Omega Boutique.

I thought the weight was good, way more than I was expecting. I felt a titanium and gold Seamaster 300 and it felt like a toy. The steel/gold Seamaster 300 felt much like a TT Rolex.

This is actually pretty high tech when you consider it. It's like an AP ceramic diver but in better colors and way less money.
Omega definitely has my attention now.

I'm definitely interested in a 39.5mm Planet Ocean in ceramic. If they made a GMT version of the 39.5mm ceramic model, I'd pay in full for it immediately--no matter how long the wait.

I tried on the 45.5mm ceramic model and was STUNNED at how comfortable it wore. For me, it wore smaller than its measurements. Hope to see Omega build out the Planet Ocean ceramic line.

Beautiful watch. But that helium escape valve...I wish omega would get rid of it or have it not as prominent

They need to make a GMT version of this watch. I'd buy it in a heartbeat!

So I had a chance to try on the 39.5 ceramic Po with the gold bezel at the NYC boutique this week. It wore smaller than the Daytona I had on, which was a bit surprising.

One thing I wasn't crazy about was the diameter/thickness ratio. Don't get me wrong, it's not a very thick watch for a diver, but somehow it seemed too thick for a 39mm watch. Maybe it just takes some getting used to.

Thanks for the heads up, so this watch is currently for sale in boutiques...any photos?

Yeah, somehow, the colors of the case and bezel/dial make them look so small. And this amplifies the thickness.

You know what would REALLY get me juiced up? A ceramic bracelet to go with the ceramic case. Just copy the metal bracelet styling but in ceramic.

The all ceramic APs are drool-worthy.

Agreed. A ceramic bracelet would be killer. Especially if done with the same attention to detail and finish quality as Omega puts on the cases of their ceramic pieces.

I have no pics of the watch on my wrist, unfortunately. Since they didn't have the exact model I posted above, I didn't bother taking pictures. The ceramic/gold piece is nice, but not my cup of tea.

Yes, I was very impressed with the look and feel of the case.
The polished against the brushed finish side by side on the ceramic case looks fantastic. It looks like it's steel, but somehow brown, or black. Very fancy. They do a great job.

The PO is ~45.5mm lug to lug while the Daytona is ~47mm, so that makes sense. The 300M is a better comparison to the Daytona on a bracelet size-wise since the 300M end links shoot straight down whilst the Daytona does not. Personally, I find the thickness of the PO add to its wrist presence without becoming bothersome, otherwise it might be a bit boring.

I'm still stumped that there is nothing available on this watch. I assume it's the fact that Omega lists it as a woman's model.

Local boutique finally got one in. Overall, it checks all the boxes and fits comfortably on my smaller 6.15 inch wrist. The polished portions of ceramic can appear a bit flashier than I'd like though, hard to tell under store lighting, but I think I may end up going for stainless.

I was in the same boat about the HEV, but I got used to it on my Diver 300m in about 5 seconds. Now I really like it!

At 39.5 which is essentially a 40mm with the PO case, lolss bro.
Guess I've been a proud girly man for over ten years wearing my Subs and GMTs and will happily continue.

Thanks for these, the watch looks great!

The watch is very comfortable on the wrist, in fact it’s so light and I didn’t even notice the weight. Overall very legible and very good contrast, details are excellent from the case to the dial. It fit my 6.5” wrist perfect. The strap is rubber like material and honestly feel little cheap but you can easily change to leather strap. However, I was hoping they a bracelet for this particular model, only the steel version came with bracelet. I like it but not totally love it yet. I owned SMP300 and this one would fit the bill only if they make it in bracelet option.

I really like the contrast on the ceramic version compare to the steel.

I agree, my friend. Looks super. Sure is tempting, but need to decide where to go next, as I have a couple of crazy ideas in mind right now.

No, the deep black is the 46mm version, if I'm not mistaken.

Ok, I was confused. The DEEP BROWN is the 39.5 size, but that's the only brown one.

Just looked it up. The Deep Black comes in a 39.5mm non GMT, and also the 45.5mm GMT version. Both say DEEP BLACK on the caseback.
The DEEP BROWN only comes in the non GMT 39.5mm version.

I tried this one on at an AD and I though it was too small for my wrist. I did love it otherwise. This was the brown one that I tried.

I totally get that. For three months I was obsessed with getting an A. Lange Saxonia thin, then threw a couple of JLC's in the mix and an Omega DeVille. What did I end up doing? Bought a Panerai and an Omega Seamaster of course. Glad I'm not the only one who can't always decide between so many amazing watches! Best of luck and let us know what you decide! If it's out in left field, we won't judge negatively.

Yes, that is exactly what I'm going through, this hobby is completely unpredictable, isn't it. And I suppose we wouldn't have it any other way.

I'll be sure to keep you posted!
