Forum Buy/Sell Etiquette

I'm sure some of you have experienced this, and while I know selling via forum/internet has its quirks, please be a person of your word.

If you negotiate a deal and agree to the terms then follow through. If you're not prepared to buy, then don't make an offer --its very simple.

A little consideration goes a long way.

Having just bought a watch from JpDMD25, I can say it's really nice to work with someone who is honest, fast and true to their word on his side. This is a forum built on shared passion and trust in our transactions. Sucks when we see bad actors. Hope your next one goes smoother.

Every time you sell something expensive you get tyre kickers. They act keen, they say all the right things, they bargain hard, but when it comes to actually parting with cash..... they scuttle off to the damp dark hole they came out of. Never to be seen again.

Now imagine you're an AD for a watch brand. Your entire working life is dealing with these people.

They have my sympathy (usually).

As you are only on TRF to sell watches I would expect you to have the occasional annoying buyer.

Please accept my sincere apologies.
