Super interesting, thanks! Also another sign of how much potential the line and the case design have if they re-approached the dial with a blank canvass mindset!

Haha agreed.

One would think, the level of wealth required to acquire such a piece, one would not be lacking any self-confidence.

Hardly.

You do realize a lot of guys wear diamond encrusted bezel timepieces, right?

Very few are factory set diamond bezels, I would say 95%++ are aftermarket.

Yes, indeed.

Though I don't see how that has anything to do with what I said about people's confidence in wearing such pieces?

IMO it looks like a woman’s watch but if a guy wants to wear it then I don’t have a problem with that.

First time to see this one on market at k2luxury Geneve... as I remember only pics of this one that surfaced online were low res and it looked like smooth dial instead of tapisserie..

That's a beauty. I passed on the green face a year ago as it was just impossible to justify such a massive markup for a dial change. Now they go for more than double what I was offered.

Pretty much every Perpetual go for a premium... and can't remember time with less AP perpetuals for sale... only 4 pages on chrono24, it was usually 12-13 full pages of perpetual ROs...

Incredible pieces - the green and turquoise are so bold and eye catching. I'd probably opt for the blue though.
