Concentric rings/circles on the outer ring of the subdials on my 116500

Edit: read the OP’s question as “detail” not feature. I’m just going to leave this as it fits. Many features I prefer. Lume for example. Got to love lume

Ceramic bezel on the Subs and GMTs

Second place would be fluted bezel and jubilee bracelet on Datejust - timeless!

Glidelock clasp. You never realize how great it is until you put on one of your watches that doesn’t have it.

Ergonomics.

They all wear so perfectly and no other brand can compare to the comfort and perfect proportions that Rolex offers.

This is a huge one for me as well. I have yet to find a watch that just fits as well as the sport watches from Rolex; it's absolutely amazing.

The fluted bezel on the DD and DJs. The crown (the actual part). And the clasp of the sport models. All those have to be very definitive modern features of the brand right now.
