Would you pay $15K for the new No Date Sub 124060?

I had the 114060 a couple of years ago but just didn't like the wide lugs. I like the new case very much. But the premium is significant. While the ND Sub is popular, I am trying to justify the large premium and wondering what the "normal" price would be in a few months.

Theres no way the sub market can keep going like this. Ive seen the SS date for sale at 22k. These prices are just bizarre.

Didn’t things like this happen in the roaring 20s before the Great Depression?

Never. Price is too high and it's got no date.

Nope. Just get your name on a list at an AD, Subs seem to be coming in quickly lately.

Yes and during other bubbles such as Tulip mania. Lots of printed money chasing anything resembling an investment in hopes of return.

I personally wouldn’t, but if you or anyone else wants to pay $15k then go for it if that’s what you want and nothing else to buy.

Try selling one to them and you’ll have a good idea where the real market price actually is.

No chance for me to pay over msrp for any watch thats still in production. I realise it's 2020 and not 2016 and we're in a totally different market situation but now is not the time to buy grey unless you really 'REALLY' have to have it. If thats the case then the money is irrelevant and you should Enjoy it now. Got to agree with most though, the price will come down slowly and surely.

Never pay over MSRP in a bubble market unless money has no meaning to you.

If you have to be the first and are tied to material goods you will pay whatever you can to get the new widget. .

ADs are going to get way more black subs than other hot models, they make more because more people historically have wanted them

Crazy times. Since 2010, I've owned and sold/traded/flipped no less than three 116610LN and two 114060, all in the $5k-6k range, before all the latest craze.
