no gondolo love?

I know that rectangular watches rarely get any love, but been liking the 5124g Gondolo, along with the 8 day. Just too many other options at the price point?

I have a 5200G blue dial and love it... it's a different style and goes well in a collection, but wouldn't be my one and only Patek. That said, it's a winner for me, and I believe it's decent value, especially if you can get the 5124G at a discount.

I personally like the 10-day Gondolo.

yeah already have a 5711 and a world timer so wouldn't be my one and only. at grey market prices seems like a bargain relatively speaking for the 5124.

The 5124 is a nice dress watch, especially in the blue dial.

To bump this up would I take an absolute bath on the 5200 if I get one and change my mind? Always had a soft spot for rectangular watches but know there’s not much demand. Seems like a relative bargain preowned at half off. That 10 day is beautiful too.

I just love my 5124G. Mine is the salmon dial and it stands out as a special piece more than any I own.
