My First Pam! Finally!

First of all, thanks to all the Pam community here on TRF.
It was so helpful to hear from so many people each time a 'newbie' like me posted some silly question.
The photos you guys post and your knowledge of these watches and explanations about them really pushed me into getting my first one.
It was a hard decision as I do not take a 'big' purchase lightly. My last big watch purchase was 19 years ago, so I make sure I know exactly what makes me happy and hope I will be able to look down at it years from now and have it still make me smile.
So without further adieu. Here was the day in photos.
Cheers!

Had to check out the competition, 422, 372. Just to be sure what I was going to get.

And the very hot 422 is beautiful. Kinda like a giant 111. That 213 was beautiful as well.

I want one of these Straps! They are giant. JK, that is a belt that matches the Pam buckles.

My Wife trying on a Hulk, she loved it.

A decision was made and a Bank envelope filled with paper for my 'dealer' was offered in exchange.

A load of paper in exchange for my new 372. Score!

The complete package with my new extra leather strap.

On My wrist for the first time.

My new Italian watch on the wrist with my favorite Italian shoes .

Favorite Italian Restaurant with my new Italian Watch.

The new watch saying Hi to the busy Taipei night.

Love the colours at night.

Having some coffee with my girl.

And thus ends a perfect day.
Oh yea, it was my 10th wedding anniversary as well.
So, thanks again and I appreciate all the help, suggestions and patience shown. Thanks for reading if you made it this far.
Cheers!

Beautiful choice. It has all of the PAM essence without gimmicks.

Did your wife end up with a watch also ?

I know, I know. Let me start with the 372 and see if I end up with a 422 one day as well. Cheers!

Thanks! Yes, you are right, that is what drew me to it.

Did your wife end up with a watch also ?
She wishes. I did convince her to check it out as she has been wanting a Chanel, and I thought she should put a LV on to see how she liked it. That will be for another day though.

Thanks! 10 years married and 20 years together, so I thought it would be nice to mark the day with a new watch. Cheers!

A big thank you to you Phil for being kind enough to send me a list of links to some shops around the city for me to check out. Interestingly enough, I stumbled onto one of them when out shopping with my wife, and that is where I ended up getting the 372.
So again, thanks to you and other kind members for all the help and suggestions.

Just curious, but how much were they looking to get for the 422? Any discount off MSRP?

Don't listen to them - you had both in front of you and the 372 called out to you... that's how it's supposed to work

Enjoy / looking forward to more pics in the future! Be sure to stop by Ted's place, maybe pick up another strap for that new beauty of yours
