Man's best friend

Hi, Thought I would start a thread of a wrist shot and my companion of 15 years. In remembrance of my little buddy who passed this week; Please add a photo of your Pam and your pet.

Thanks Rob, yes, it has been a tough week. I never thought it would be so hard and empathize more with those that have lost a loved pet.

So sorry for your loss. We just learned our best friend Java has osteosarcoma... Really shook us, as it was so unexpected. We're doing all we can to make his remaining days comfortable. Heres to all the four legged friends who make this world that much better

Thanks Justin, very well said. Java is a good looking dog. Looks like a faithful companion. Spend some extra time with him. In the end, time is all we really have.
It was a week ago last night that ours was with us and all was well despite his kidney problem. Then Sat last, he went downhill fast.

Thanks, yes, he was a mini schnauzer. But he was less on the mini side.

Thanks. It's been a 5 days now and my 10 year old and her mother are still quite broken up about it. Me too to tell the truth. Thanks again.

The Rainbow Bridge
inspired by a Norse legend

By the edge of a woods, at the foot of a hill,
Is a lush, green meadow where time stands still.
Where the friends of man and woman do run,
When their time on earth is over and done.

For here, between this world and the next,

I feel for you Rich and my condolences to you and your family. The years that he was with you is the best gift that he could ever give you. The love that our 4 legged friends are unconditional and their loyalty unwavering. The mere fact that you and your family loved him and mourn for his loss is likewise the best gift that you could ever give him.

He gave us more than we have him. He lived with us through all our ups and downs. At times he was my only friend.
