Rolliworks Satisfied Customer
In response to that last thread about unfortunate service which I believe was ultimately made right I thought I'd share my personal experience. Make of it what you will.
Communication was great. I was promised around June 20th completion time and it was done on the 26th. Mike did email me and tell me they were a tad backed up in the polishing room. Price when compared to replacing the band there is no comparison. Rolliworks is the way to go hands down. Conversation over. Quality of work performed, I am simply blown away. I posted a pic on another thread with the band attached to the case and the stretch looked quite minor. However I stumbled upon a few other pics of just holding the band by itself and there actually was some noticeable gaps and stretch. After I received the band back it literally looks like the day it left Rolex. Please overlook the shininess of my after pics as I was in my car with the sun beating down on me. It person it looks factory fresh. So overall will I be using Rolliworks again? Absolutely and for other work than just band repair. To all the mods I hope I posted this in the correct section and I understand everyone's experience might not be the same but I felt this was a good post to do so that I can share my experiences to all the other members that need some help as I did and dont know where or who to turn to.

I got my band done right after the covid lifted — I’m curious about a couple of things with your band, if you don’t mind...
- Do your links have free movement or do they rub? Some of my links are so tight that there is no movement at all or very little movement... - On your clasp, does the flip lock snap into place? Mine has a little friction, but doesn’t feel solid anymore. idk - I’m not someone to complain and they restored a bracelet that was probably going to fail, but it’s not really comfortable anymore, so is the trade-off worth it? I can post pics if needed... I’m just curious (sorry, first post - i’ve lurked awhile and sent my band to rolliworks b/c of all the support these guys get on here) |

i called them for quote, felt like they were try to charge as much as possible on shipping! they even recommend me to use their FedEx account to ship my watch to them, of course i had to pay for both ways!
